Excluding LGBTQ+ Couples - or any Couples - Shouldn't be a Thing.
In 2019, one of the major global wedding expos neglected to showcase LGBTQ+ or diverse couples in their styled shoots, according to this week's guest, who was attending for the first (and last) time. Not only that, but the list of presentations didn't include anything about inclusivity or using inclusive language.
I'll be honest... My mind was totally blown when Chris Ferenzi Photography shared this information with me.
A photographer that I very much admire, who also works with many LGBTQ+ couples, I knew I needed to bring him on the show to share this experience.

Taylor de la Fuente of Lemon Tree Editorial joins The Wedding Dish again - this time with her new husband, David, to dish about their wedding in Charleston, SC.
While planning their wedding, Taylor and David moved from DC to Texas, having no idea that the pandemic was about to hit and rock every part of their plans. Because they got married in South Carolina in November 2020, the restrictions had eased up a bit. However, they wanted to keep everyone safe and have an intimate wedding — which was far from what they'd planned or expected.
Hear their wedding planning journey, the story of their wedding day (with a surprise guest), and everything in between.
